SEATTLE - A 21-year-old University of Washington student died after falling from his fraternity house window Saturday morning.

The student was identified as Keven MacDonald of Kent, a junior at the UW.

It accident happened early on the morning of graduation day at UW at the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity house.

Police were called at rough 4:30 a.m. to find that MacDonald had fallen 30 feet from a third floor window, landing on his head on the cement.

Friends reported that MacDonald had been drinking, according to police.

"I can not say definitively that his intoxication led to the fall," said Mark Jamieson, Seattle police spokesperson. "When we arrived with the fire department it was clear that he had some very serious head injuries."

Police say the victim was alone in his bedroom before the fall. No one witnessed the accident.
