05:46 PM PDT on Friday, May 18, 2007

The park has secluded areas, easy for random attackers.

SEATTLE – Police have arrested the person they believe shot and killed a man found dead in a popular park Friday morning.

An acquaintance of the victim is now under arrest.

The body was discovered by a jogger around 6:30 a.m. along a trail in Ravenna Park.

"I don't know the relationship. I just know that these two men knew each other," said Jeff Kappel of the Seattle Police Department.

Police say the shooting happened near the trail in the secluded park.

The suspect is a 50-year-old from Seattle.

Police have not released the names of the victim or the suspect.
