Seattle has first homicide of 2009

SEATTLE - Seattle Police are investigating the city's first homicide of 2009.
It happened early Sunday inside the Chop Suey nightclub in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Investigators say 70 people were inside the club and a musical group was performing when a fight led to several shots being fired inside the club.
A man in his 20s died and two others were injured.
One of the victims who survived the initial shooting sustained life threatening injuries. The other was treated at Harborview Medical Center and released.
One person was arrested on felony assault charges.
"We do have one suspect in custody, but there are two other subjects we're attempting to locate," said Assist. Chief Nick Mets of the Seattle Police Dept.
The gang unit is investigating, but police would not say if the shootings were gang related.
Police say security at the restaurant was on duty Saturday night and they'll be reviewing any video from surveillance cameras.
