A four-alarm fire in Renton destroyed two apartment buildings in the 1400 block of S 18th St. and the flames spread to nearby brush.

I look out my window and there's like flames falling and it's like oh my God we gotta get out of here so we get out and by the time we get to our door to the ground outside the whole entire half of the building was completely engulfed in flames, said Daray Davis.

The fastest thing I've ever seen happen, it was fast, said Robert Evetts. We could see it coming out of the basement and then everything was gone, and on the roof immediately and it was a scary situation.

The fire at the Regency Woods apartments quickly spread to nearby brush.

Renton, Skyway, Tukwila, Kent, SeaTac, South King Valley regional and King County Medic 1 responded to the scene.

East Pierce Firefighters and other crews from Pierce County also were called in.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

The American Red Cross Disaster Action Team has called in to help 80 people impacted by the fire.

Video posted on Facebook shows the fire as it raced through one building.
