OAK HARBOR, Wash. -- The second twin sister involved in a deadly car crash on Highway 20 near Anacortes on Halloween night has died.

Seventeen-year-old Janesah Goheen died on Monday from a car wreck that killed her twin sister, Janeah, and injured their friend who was also in the car. Janesah was left in a coma and clinging to life, but over a week later, she died from her injuries.

The twin sisters and their friend were traveling to a Halloween gathering in Seattle when their Acura was struck by a Ford Mustang, which crossed the center line.

Authorities arrested the 53-year-old who struck their car. He is being held at the Skagit County Jail and faces possible charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.

It's more anguish for the Goheen family. Another sister, 24-year-old Jessica, died five years ago in another car crash.

A public memorial service had been scheduled for Janeah for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16 at Oak Harbor High School. It's unclear if the public service will still be held in the wake of Janesah's death. A fund for the family has been set up at Whidbey Island Bank branches.
