Executive Chef Pat Donahue from Anthony's Restaurants joined Margaret to prepare and showcase some signature dishes served at their many restaurants in Western and Eastern Washington, as well as Oregon, and chat about taking part in Seattle Restaurant Week, a culinary extravaganza featuring special 3-course lunches for $15** and 3-course dinners for $28** at more than 160 restaurants in the greater Seattle area.
