A young man that detectives said was upset over a breakup with an ex-girlfriend admitted to breaking into her family's Pacific apartment last week and stabbing her younger brother to death, according to a police report.

Officers said suspect Brandon Suhr, 19, also admitted to hiding the boy's body in the apartment Friday morning before he allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend and made her write a note framing her as the suspect.

Officers were called to the Cobble Court Apartments around 3:00 a.m. Friday when a man reported he couldn't find his 13-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter. The son was soon found dead in a bedroom closet and the daughter, Suhr's ex-girlfriend, was found at Suhr's Algona apartment with minor injuries.

A police report now shows the victims' mother found a note in the house that read, Mom I'm leaving and I've killed [brother's name]. Don't look for me and I'll finish the job.

Police said Suhr broke into the house by climbing up a balcony. Inside, police said he fought with the 13-year-old victim and stabbed him. Police said Suhr then turned to the 16-year-old victim and strangled her, forcing her to take and shower and write the note to her mother.

It was Suhr's mother who called 911 to alert police to what happened. Police said the 16-year-old victim said Brandon killed [her brother] and kidnapped [her.]

The names of the victims have not been released.

Suhr is in the King County Jail on first degree murder, first degree kidnapping and first degree residential burglary charges. Bail was set at $1 million.
