Chef Richard Blais became a fan favorite on Bravo's hit competition show Top Chef, becoming runner-up in Season Four and taking the top spot on Season Eight's Top Chef: All Stars.

Earlier this year, he joined forces with Seattle-based Dry Soda when he was named their new Creative Director. He also debuted his first cookbook called Try This at Home.

He joined New Day Northwest to share how to make his Lemon Curd + Black Pepper Chicken from his new book, plus a sparkling Jolly Pear cocktail made with Dry Soda.
