A new law could add millions of dollars to the state's coffers.

The U.S. Senate recently passed a bill that would force online shoppers to pay sales tax.

Washington Congresswoman Suzan Delbene says taxing all oneline sales would raise more than $800 million for Washington state.

People KING5 spoke to said they liked not paying the sales tax when they shop online, but understand that isn't a level playing field for local businesses.

The bill is now in the House.
