Seattle Police are looking for a burglary suspectafter he was discovered inside a University of Washington sorority house.

Just before 4:00 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a reported burglary at 4510 22nd ave NE, the location of the Sigma Kappa sorority house.

SPD says the initial investigation shows no one was inside the house when the suspect apparently cut a screen on a second floor window to get inside.

The girls who live at the house came home and found the suspect in one of the rooms.

The suspect fled down a back hallway and back stairs, and the girls called 911.

When officers responded, they found the back door to the house was open. Officers, along with a canine unit, are currently searching the area for the suspect.
