The legal fight over an Olympia pharmacy owner's refusal to dispense emergency contraceptives is on hold again.

According to The Olympian, fights over the federal affordable care act are delaying the case.

The owners of Ralph's Thriftway Pharmacy sued in 2007 to overturn the state emergency contraceptive rule.

The case is now in the hands of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
