You've heard phrases like guilty look, poker face and bedroom eyes, but what do they really mean? Glenna Trout is an internationally respected facial communications expert with an extensive background in law enforcement, including several years with the Bellevue Police Department. She now teaches others the skills that have helped her, through workshops and her book IT'S ALL ABOUT FACE.

Glenna joined Margaret to talk about her career and share some of her face reading skills. Lifestyle coach Amy Yamada also joined the conversation to talk about other non-verbal communication styles, like body language, and shared information about the workshops they provide.
