Menopause is a natural transition in woman's lives, but its effects are different for different women, posing the question of if and when to use hormone replacement therapy. A new study, that followed menopausal women for 10 years, has been released, and the results paint a clearer picture of when women should begin begin estrogen therapy and if they do, it may help to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke.
