UPDATE: Speed Text CEO Daniel Starr contacted KING 5 after its initial report. Starr says he had been unaware of our earlier attempts to contact a company representative. He says his company received a subscription from Theahn Nguyen s phone that appeared to be valid, but that the matter has been resolved without Nguyen being charged. Nguyen and Starr have spoken and have resolved their issues. Both sides consider the matter closed.
