Oatmeal is one of the healthiest ways to start your day. You think it's boring? It doesn't have to be. In this week's Healthy Dish, Jean shows you some ways to jazz up that old breakfast standby to make it even tastier and more nutritious.

Ingredients in Jean's Super Foods oatmeal:

Skim Milk
Ground Flaxseed

Quick Oats or Steel Cut Oats and water made to package directions, add milk. Mixed with fresh or dried berries a few tablespoons of Ground Flaxseed and sprinkled with the super food spice cinnamon for an excellent start to the day.
