Two suspects who police said broke into an Everett home Monday morning were injured when they fell down a 75-foot ravine.

Police and medics rescued the suspects using ropes after 6:30 a.m. The ravine is located in a wooded area near 300 Mukilteo Boulevard.

Both will be booked into the SnohomishCounty Jail for residential burglary, according to Everett Police Sgt. Ryan Dalberg.

Officers were called to the house for a reported burglary in progress.

Sgt. Dalberg said when police arrived, the suspects ran and fled to the ravine.

The suspects' injuries are not known, but are not life-threatening. At least one suspect was seen walking with officers.
