This weekend, a local tech company is launching a scavenger hunt in Seattle. All contestants need is a mobile device and a willingness to take pictures of themselves.

The winners will get airfare, hotel, and two tickets to the Superbowl.

Down at the headquarters for Ratio, a digital agency that builds mobile apps, a tiger team was putting the final touches on a website, 12manhunt.com, that will go live Saturday.

Russ Whitman, Ratio's Chief Strategy Officer is a lifelong Seahawks fan. He wanted to get the company involved in making a dream come true for a Seahawks fan.

Literally, it was 2 a.m. in the morning after the [NFC] Championship game, and I woke up thinking of what I could do, said Whitman.

In the last five days, the team at Ratio designed a website and came up with a scavenger hunt using geolocation services.

You're going to have your mobile phone, said Whitman. We're going to tell you about 12 locations in and out of Seattle.

There will be no hunting involved. Contestants need to go to each landmark on the list. Checking in using their mobile device and the website gets them one entry into a drawing for the prize. Taking a selfie -- a photo of themselves -- and saving it to the website gives them another entry.

The contest and the website go live at noon on Saturday and last until Tuesday night. The drawing will take place at noon on Wednesday.

Contestants must be a Seahawks fan, 18 years or older, and have a Facebook account. Be sure to read the contest rules carefully.
