SEATTLE-- Why is there a big green blimp over Seattle?

That is Greenpeace showing off its thermal airship and raising awareness of their campaign to protect the sea floor in the Bering Sea. They say the sea floor is being bulldozed by fishing boats that drag gear on the bottom.

The environmental group calls the bottom of the Bering the Grand Canyons of the Sea and says unique creatures live there, including fish, crab, skates, endangered sea lions, orcas, and humpback whales that are at risk.

Greenpeace will hold an Evening of Hope at the Seattle Aquarium tomorrow night to promote the campaign.
