In The Kitchen with the Pike Place Fish Guys offers recipes, tips and fun stories. One of the co-authors is Taho Kakutani, who is here to cook up some delicous Salmon crudo with grapefruit and fennel.

The guys launch their new book today, March 7, 2013 from 12:00pm till 3:00pm at their usual spot in market! Friday, March 8, 2013, they'll be at Elliot Bay Books at 5:00pm.
