A disabled young woman who disappeared on Tuesday evening was found safe in Marysville on Wednesday afternoon.

Police said Emma Sill, 23, appeared to be uninjured and was doing well.

Renee Witt, spokesperson for the Seattle Police Department, said the woman has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old.

She had last been seen Tuesday in the 3800 block of Northeast 95th Street. She was considered endangered.

Police were searching for the woman and her service dog.

Sill's mother had said her daughter had been off her medication.
