DES MOINES, Wash. -- Over the course of four hours, nearly 400 people visited a memorial service for Hector Hernandez Valdez. Family members and friends filled the Landmark Event Center to pay tribute to the 15-year-old who was killed June 1.

Tacoma police said Hector Hernandez Valdez's body was found inside a recycling bin. He had been stabbed at least 34 times.

Police arrested two brothers, 16-year-old Luis Arroyo and 14-year-old Cristobal Arroyo. They are in custody, and have plead not guilty.

Friends said Hernandez Valdez was a member of the ROTC, and he wanted a career in the military.
