GRAYSHARBOR, Wash. -- For a second time this week, a Washington State Patrol trooper has had to clean fish heads off a Pacific Northwest highway.
Thursday's fresh (or not so fresh) batch of fish heads were found on Highway 101 at milepost 69 in Grays Harbor County.
On Tuesday, fish heads were found on Interstate 5 north of Seattle. A trooper used a shovel to clean them off the road, while dodging traffic in the process.
Trooper Jason March also used a shovel on Thursday to scrape the heads off the highway, leaving a bloody stain behind.
WSPdoes not know where the heads are coming from.
