One of our favorite celebrity chefs, John Howie, is teaming up with a finalist from the Next Iron Chef competition, to shine the spotlight on people who need to live with a gluten-free diet. New York City chef and restauranteur Jehangir Mehta competed on the Next Iron Chef in 2009, and also went head to head against Chef Morimoto on Iron Chef America. Now, he's undertaking a ten-city tour on behalf ot the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. For his Seattle stop, he has partnered with Chef John Howie to perpare delicious, gluten-free dishes and chat about their passion for offering menus to meet just about every dietary challenge.

Chefs Jehengir Mehta and John Howie joined Margret to whip up two simple, gluten-free dishes that pack a lot of flavor and talk about celiac awarensss and other issues involving gluten intolerance.
