Hula has taken a giant leap into the fitness forum. HOT HULA FITNESS is exploding, with classes forming all across the country, as well as a DVD set for people who want to try it at home. Instructor Henrylyn Kau'i Auwae from Salsa N' Seattle Dance Studio joined Margaret to chat about the popularity of the Hot Hula Fitness. She also took Margaret and a couple of audience members through a dance sequence, with help from fellow Hot Hula Fitness instructors Roe and Amy, along with Julia Krasnov, owner of Salsa N' Seattle Dance Studio.
