Most people get their insurance through their jobs. If that's you, the good news is not much, if anything, will change under health care reform. If your employer has 50 or more employees and does not offer health care benefits for those working 30 or more hours a week, the employer will face a fine of $2,000 per person. Those rules were supposed to kick in next year, but now have been postponed until 2015.
