Two men were stabbed aboard a Metro bus in Seattle's Beacon Hill neighborhood Sunday night.

Seattle Police said the men were stabbed by another passenger, without warning or provocation, as they tried to get off the bus in the area of the Beacon Avenue South and South Graham Street bus stop around 8:20 p.m.

One man was stabbed in the back of the head and neck, leaving life-threatening injuries. The other man was stabbed in the shoulder area.

Both victims were transported to Harborview Medical Center.

The suspect was arrested without incident while he was still on the bus.
