A foot of snow could fall this weekend in some of the Washington Cascade passes.

KING 5 Meteorologist Rich Marriott says snow levels Thursday night will be around 4,000 feet, bringing some snow to Stevens Pass.

The snow level should drop to about 2,500 feet Friday night. Marriott says Stevens Pass could get 10-to-12 inches by Saturday night. Snoqualmie Pass should get about six inches. Mount Baker may receive up to 16 inches and White Pass could get about 10 inches.

Stevens and Snoqualmie could get additional snow on Sunday, depending on where a convergence zone forms.

Temperatures will drop with weekend highs only in the 40s and lows in the 30s.
