There are a lot of events in and around Seattle to choose from this weekend to kick off the month of November. Lynn Jacobson, Features Editor at The Seattle Times, joins KING 5 to tell us what's going on.

1. Much Ado About Nothing

Recently made into an indie-hit movie by Joss Whedon, Shakespeare's sharpest comedy gets a fine staging by Seattle Shakespeare Company. Updated to the 1950s, it features Jennifer Lee Taylor and Matt Shimkus as the dueling Beatrice and Benedick. It runs through Nov. 17 at Center House Theatre.

2. Crossroads Cultural Festival

You'll find an international marketplace, music and dance from many cultures on two stages, and food from around the globe, all in one of the Northwest's most diverse neighborhoods, Crossroads in Bellevue, Friday through Sunday.

3. Cinebarre

The upscale Cinebarre movie chain has just opened a new theater in Issaquah, one of just a handful around the country. It offers first-run movies plus dinner and drinks, delivered to your seat. Gravity 3D, Captain Phillips and Ender's Game are just a few of the nine movies now showing.
