A new book outcalled Quit Smoking for Life by health journalist Suzanne Schlosberg and the Quit For Life Team, outlines the top mistakes people make, and offers guidelines to help even the most diehard smoker kick the habit for good. Suzanne joined Margaret to outline the top 5 reasons smokers fail in their efforts to quit, and share one key thing everyone should do to help them succeed. She also talked about the successful, Seattle-based Quit for Life program, which has expanded to 28 state governments and many larger corporations. Quit for Life is also backed by the American Cancer Society.
