Tacoma Police detectives are asking for the public s help in identifying the suspects responsible for the robbery and murder of 54-year-old man in the gated parking garage of a condominium.

Police say at about 9:55 p.m. on Saturday August 31, 2013, victim Lawrence Howse was shot and killed by two unidentified suspects inside the parking garage of the Sky Terrace Condominiums in the 200 block of S. Broadway in downtown Tacoma.

Witnesses reported seeing the victim drive into the gated parking garage in a black BMW. The two suspects walked into the garage immediately after the victim's vehicle entered. Detectives believe the victim was randomly targeted by the suspects, who robbed the victim before fatally shooting him and running away.

The suspects are described as two black males in their late teens or early 20's with average builds. The first suspect was seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants, and had a light complexion. The second suspect was wearing a dark shirt, dark pants, and his hair may have been worn in an afro or short braids.
