Can you go a whole day without your smart phone, laptop, or tablet?

Non-profit Reboot is asking people to take part in the National Day of Unplugging.

Everyone who pledges will turn off their electronics for 24 hours, from Friday, March 1st at sunset through Saturday, March 2nd at sunset.

The idea behind the event is that people miss out on important moments in life because they spend so much time staring at a screen.

Pledges are asked to upload a photo sharing their reason for unplugging.

This is the fourth straight National Day of Unplugging.
