Less than a week after it reopened, the Murray Morgan Bridge in Tacoma is closed for repairs.

This comes after years of restoration and rennovations that cost more than $57 million.

Starting at 6 a.m. Thursday morning, the bridge closed for four days to fix an issue with the balancing weights that lift the span.

The bridge, also known as the 11th Street Bridge, connects downtown Tacoma with the tideflats and the Port of Tacoma.
