Bravo TV's hit show Top Chef is about to wrap up its ninth season. The show has helped catapult talented chefs into the spotlight, including Season Two fan favorite Sam Talbot. Since his Top Chef adventures, Sam has been busy - as Executive Chef at the Surf Lodge in Montauk, New York. He's also written his first book: The Sweet Life - Diabetes without Boundaries, which combines his approach to healthy cooking and his experience growing up with Type 1 Diabetes (Sam was diagnosed at age 12).

Sam Talbotchatted with Margaret about howhe maintains his blood sugar with such a busy schedule, and whippedup acrab ceviche with blueberries and popcorn from his new cookbook.
