SEATTLE - A Seattle ice cream shop creates a new flavor in honor of the Alaskan Way Viaduct closure.

This weekend, Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream is serving up Viaduct Crunch. It's coffee ice cream with bourbon-toffee corn flakes.

The owner says she got the idea for the new flavor from KING 5's own Jean Enersen.

Jean Enersen actually emailed us in our flavor request area on our website and asked us if we would make a viaduct crunch. She said if you do, save me a pint! said Molly Neitcel.

The viaduct crunch ice cream is only available this weekend.

But, Molly Moon's says whatever they have left over they'll package up and sell by the pint.
