SEATTLE-- A woman accused of killing six family members on Christmas Eve 2007 has been deemed mentally competent for a second time to stand trial, The Seattle Times reports.

Michele Anderson s parents, her brother and his wife and the couple s two children were found slain in Anderson s parents home.

Anderson and her former boyfriend, Joseph McEnroe, are charged with six counts of aggravated first-degree murder. If convicted, both could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole.

Anderson s attorney argued that Anderson is highly emotional and unable to assist in her defense for her trial.
