Chef Sabrina Tinsley, co-owner of Osteria La Spiga in Seattle's Capital Hill neighborhood, joined Margaret to prepare her hearty Salsiccia con L'Uva (sausage with grapes) and showcase a couple of other dishes on the restaurant's special menu forSeattle Restaurant Week, a culinary extravaganza featuring special 3-course lunches for $15** and 3-course dinners for $28** at more than 160 restaurants in the greater Seattle area.
