For decades, the Harlem Globetrotters have been innovators in the game of basketball. No doubt they're wizards on the hard court and they entertain fans of all ages no matter where they go. The Harlem Globetrotter's Dizzy Grant is here today to play a little one-on-one with Margaret.
The Harlem Globetrotter's You Write the Rules show comes to the Pacific Northwest this weekend. They'll be at the ShoWare Center in Kent this Saturday, Comcast Arena in Everett on Sunday, and Seattle's Key Arena on Monday the 18th.
For the first time ever Globetrotter fans will determine the rules of the game by voting online. Fans can choose to see anything from the team playing with two balls, double points per basket or any other zany new rules. The Globetrotters are also on a tour-long campaign to promote breast cancer awareness by playing parts of games with pink Globetrotter basketballs as well as donating proceeds from in game sales of pink wrist bands.
