It was another exciting and historical day for US athletes in the Sochi Winter Olympics yesterday.

Meryl Davis andCharlie White became the first Americans to win gold in ice dancing and Steven Holcomb and Steve Langton won the first medal for the US in the two-man bobseld for the first time in 62 years!

Bellevue's Libby Ludlow, an Olympic alpine skiier for the US in 2006, is here to talk about what the Olympic athletes are going through right now in Sochi.

She has also started a program for young female athletes called Z Girls, with an annual day camp, which will take place July 21st - 25th at Robinswood Park in Bellevue. Registration is now open!
