A member of the KING 5 Get Fit Facebook group recently posted a list of 100 changes she experienced after losing 100 pounds.

After confronting what she called a lifetime of emotional eating, Jessica Compise decided it was time to lose weight.

It took the courage to realize there was a problem, and then it took the courage to stand up for myself, and then I focused on educating myself about healthy eating, eating smaller meals more often and suport, Compise said. I had a lot of support and if it wasn't for the support, I wouldn't be where I'm at now and I wouldn't be so full of life, which is how I feel now.
