According to a 2005 poll by the National Sleep Foundation, about 60% of adult drivers have reported driving a vehicle while feeling drowsy and about a third of them have actually nodded off while driving! On your road trips this summer, you can pick treats that are not only tasty and satisfying, but also help you avoid drowsiness. Nutritionist Deborah Enos, also known as The One Minute Wellness Coach , stopped by the show today with her favorite energizing road trippin' snacks.

3 MINUTE NO COOK GRANOLA
- 1 cup of uncooked oats
- 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of Barleans Chia, Flax & Coconut blend
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and use your hands to mix (great project for your kids).
