A 2000 square foot log house in Shelton caught fire this morning.

Firefighters arrived at Blevins Road North and East Shelton Springs Road off of Highway 101 just after 10 a.m. to find the cabin completely engulfed in flames. Two travel trailers parked alongside the cabin also burned. A nearby mobile home was saved from the fire.

There were people in the travel trailers when the fire started, but no one sustained any injuries. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
