Baby Duke Suddarth, the youngest survivor of the Oso landslide, has been upgraded to satisfactory condition.

The improvement means doctors were able to discharge him from Harborview and move the 23-week-old infant to Seattle Children's for follow up treatment.

He and his mother, 25-year-old Amanda Skorjanc were pulled from the mud after the slide hit on March 22.

A spokesperson for Harborview said Skorjanc remains in satisfactory condition and has more surgeries planned.
