James Beard Award winning chef Jason Wilson drops by to talk about his new restaurant Miller's Guild - a butchery, a bakery and a bar with craft cocktails. It was featured in Food &Wine this month as one of the Best New Steakhouses.
He also whips up a dish from the menu.
Jason will be the guest chef at FareStart on February 27th.
