Starbucks blames climate change for a new threat to the world's coffee supply.

Starbucks Sustainability Director Jim Hanna told The Guardian that climate change is already spurring severe hurricanes, mudslides and severe pest infestations that are reducing crop yields.

The Seattle-based coffee chain has been urging the Obama administration and Congress to act on climate change.
