5:18 p.m. - The service is concluded. With that, we are ending this minute-by-minute timeline. Please stay with KING 5 News and KING5.com for the latest on the investigation into the Lakewood police killings.
5:16 p.m. - Officers are being excused from the service.
5:09 p.m. - The families are leaving the viewing area.
5:03 p.m. - The caskets are being removed from viewing area.
4:58 p.m. - The color guard is removing the flags.
4:52 p.m. - The final radio call is being made, with the words Gone but not forgotten finishing each call.
4:42 p.m. - The American flags draped over the caskets are now being removed and folded to be presented to the families.The flag is folded into a triangle, with only blue and three stars showing. The detail takes great pains to make sure it is presented properly.
4:36 p.m. - A 21 bell salute is being played, followed by Taps.
4:33 p.m. - A bagpipe plays Amazing Grace.
4:31 p.m. - The honor guard is being ordered back to the viewing area.
4:27 p.m. - Chaplain Alve Robbins is giving the benediction.
4:26 p.m. - Chief Bret Farrar spoke again, saying that his officers will go back out there and do their jobs without fear.
4:22 p.m. - After speaking, Gov. Gregoire presented theWashington Stateflag to each of the fallen officers.
4:16 p.m. - Gov. Christine Gregoire is now speaking.
4:10 p.m. - The video just concluded. Lakewood Officer Gene Sievers is singing Garth Brooks' The Dance.
3:45 p.m. - A memorial video is now being played. The video includes an image of Seattle police officer Tim Brenton.
3:41 p.m.- Austin Richards says his father never changed. He was born with a kind heart, courage and the drive to do what's right.
3:39 p.m. - The son and daughter of Ofc. Greg Richards are speaking about their father.
3:37 p.m. - Ronda LeFrancois, sister of Ofc. Ronald Owens, thanked police and firefighters. She also offered condolences to the family and fellow officers of Seattle police officer Timothy Brenton, who was murdered on Oct. 31.
3:31 p.m. - Pamella Battersby, a friend of Ofc. Tina Griswold, is speaking on behalf of Griswold's husband. Battersby says Griswold was tough. According to an officer at Griswold's former agency, her co-workers would say the easiest way to break up a bar fight is to throw Tina into the middle of it.
3:27 p.m. - Lakewood Police Asst. Chief Michael Zaro is now speaking about Renninger. He spoke about how he always looked for Renninger's nod of approval.
3:23 p.m. - Villa is describing Renninger as a cop's cop and a family man.
3:17 p.m. - Asst. Chief Villa, fighting back tears,said Renninger was one of the best SWAT officers he ever saw. He says he would have followed Renninger through any door.
3:07 p.m. - Tukwila Police Asst. Chief Mike Villa is speaking about Sgt. Mark Renninger.
3:01 p.m. - A prayer is being read by Chalpain Alve Robbins.
2:59 p.m. - The 23rd Psalm is being read by chaplains Larry and Diane Huffman of the Lakewood Fire Dept.
2:54 p.m. - I stand before you today a very humbled individual to be in the presence of these four officers, said Chief Farrar.
2:52 p.m. - The invocation by Chaplain Dennis Fountain has been read. Lakewood Mayor Doug Richardson is introducing Chief Bret Farrar.
2:43 p.m. - The national anthems of the United States and Canada have just been played. The color guard is dismissed.
2:34 p.m. - Thecolor guard is marching to the forward viewing area to present the colors.
2:30 p.m. - Bagpipers and drummers are now marching to the viewing area.
2:25 p.m. - The doors to the Tacoma Dome are closed. Nobody else will be allowed inside until the cermony ends. The honor guard is dismissed.
2:10 p.m. - The families are being escorted to their seats. Officers attending the memorial are standing and saluting.
2:06 p.m. - The honor guard is entering.
2:05 p.m. - The service has begun. The officers guarding the caskets have been relieved.
2:00 p.m. - Some announcements were just made, explaining to those attending the service what to expect.
