Executive Sous Chef Richard Samaniego from Fairmont Chateau Whistler came on the show to talk about Cornucopia Food and Wine Festival in Whistler, British Columbia. He prepared a tomato gin soup, one of their signature dishes from the Grill Room Restaurant. Whistler's multi-day food and wine festival is November 7th to the 17th.
