The Bar Method in Seattle and the Eastside are launching a special 60 Day Bar Body Challenge! The challenge kicks off on April 1 and benefits the Ben Towne Foundation, a local non-profit working to raise money for pediatric cancer research in an effort to save more young lives.
Olympic swimmer Ariana Kukors, Lindzi Cox, last season's Bachelor runner-up, nutritionist Deborah Enos and studio co-owners Bev Currier and Maika Manring joined Margaret to talk about the challenge, what sets The Bar Method apart from other workout programs and why they're teaming up with the Ben Towne Foundation. Ariana also chatted about her swimming career and experience at the Summer Olympics in London as a member of Team USA. (Ariana did not medal in London, but she is the current World Record holder in the 200 meter Individual medley).
