An armed man with black tape across his nose is believed to be responsible for three recent bank robberies. In one of them, he assaulted two people.

The robber, armed with a semi-automatic handgun, robbed the Whidbey Island bank at 26317 72nd Ave NW in Stanwood on May 24. A man with the same description hit the Key Bank at 19735 10th Avenue NE in Poulsbo on June 7 and the Wells Fargo branch at 9727 Edmonds Way in Edmonds on June 20.

During the Stanwood robbery, police say the robber assaulted a bank customer and an employee.
After the Edmonds robbery, he was seen running into a QFC parking lot at 22828 100th Ave W.

The suspect is white, in his mid-to-late 20 s, 5-feet 9-inches to 6-feet tall with a medium build and short, brown hair. He wore different clothing in each robbery, but in all three, he wore black tape across his nose.

Images from the Wells Fargo robbery were released Wednesday.

Wells Fargo is offering a $5,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and charges filed in the case.
