The local director of Susan G. Komen Foundation is speaking out for the first time since the controversy over funding for Planned Parenthood began.

Cheryl Shaw, Executive Director of Puget Sound Susan G. Komen for the Cure, says the local chapter was opposed to the new grant guidelines from the get-go when they were first introduced in December and expressed opposition again as soon as Planned Parenthood was denied funding.
