David Watson was out looking for his lost dog early Sunday when he ended up at a Tacoma Chevron station at 56th and S. Lawrence St. at about 3 a.m.

Two men approached him and shot him.

Surveillance video shows two young men looking back at Watson's red pickup truck. Then you see them walking toward the gas pumps, looking back at the truck again.

After shots are fired the two are seen running away.

After Watson was shot he managed to drive a couple of blocks and then crashed his truck into a park.

Watson's brother is asking for the public's help in finding the two men.

I just want the public to get involved, said Jonathan Watson. They know something about these individuals or who they might be. Please call the Tacoma Police Department. None of us are safe if these people to run our streets.

The suspects appear to be in their late teens or early 20s.

Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
